The purpose of Raven is to create and capture value for our clients in a disruptive manner, which is achievable in a nonlinear and unconventional way.
These values are not only present in the work methodologies of our Service Lines such as Business and Design, Growth, and Product and Experience, but they are also a fundamental part of our culture and our people management model in People and Culture.
To achieve this and truly mobilize our clients, we discovered that we need a special and uncommon type of individuals. A profile that does not exist in the market.
This challenge we set for ourselves arose after conducting market trend research, understanding that nowadays a much more flexible and receptive work model is predominant, where the culture and experience of employees are fundamental pillars in people management. In addition, a common internal thread among all our Ravens is diversity, expertise, constant pursuit of challenges, and breaking the status quo. It was for these reasons that we decided to create and develop what we have called "Unicorn Profiles".
How does this profile come about?
This profile arises through the combination of a "learning by doing" model while developing a new set of concrete skills based on two lines of expertise. Through the constant mentoring and coaching from our leaders and experts, we facilitate the formation of this profile.
How do we define our Unicorns?
They are individuals we develop who, as a result, exponentially evolve within two very defined and clear lines of expertise. This profile pivots from one business vertical to another, integrates into our teams, flows up and down, capturing the value of all our capabilities to design and execute the necessary disruption.
What characteristics does this profile have?
Our unicorns are fearless, proactive, dare to fail, learn, and evolve towards accelerated development of mixed skills, achieving what once seemed impossible. In 2022, we doubled our team with a growth rate of 202%, which fills us with pride as we have managed to form a team of unicorns capable of making the unimaginable a reality.
