Simultaneously, the goal was to provide a swift experience that eliminates the need to visit branches, making people's lives easier.This disruption in the bank's processes led to the development of new experiences, a fresh operating model, and innovative products, propelling us into a new era.
We implemented the Raven model, which comprises five key levers: Customer Experience, Data & Analytics, Growth Hacking, Content & Creativity, TechnologyThis approach provided us with data-driven insights into customer segments and their purchasing behavior, resulting in an improved overall experience and consistent year-over-year enhancements in conversion rates.

We conducted continuous experimentation, enabling us to enhance every metric within the funnel, from traffic and CTR to engagement, thanks to our understanding of individual needs. Consequently, we successfully developed a 100% digital acquisition journey that then joined seamlessly with other channels and improved the overall performance.
