Personalization in B2B Channels

In response to new trends and sales channels, CMPC, one of the leading paper companies in Chile, asked us to create a value proposition for their micro and small business segments. We co-created and validated the digital channel Edipac, which personalizes and simplifies the purchasing process for these businesses. In just 3 months, we designed and developed over 15 key functions, involving 8 areas of the company, achieving significant impact with an agile and efficient rollout.

Reactivating Group Loan Growth

Crediclub, a key player in the credit and loan market in Mexico, faced the challenge of reigniting growth post-pandemic, particularly in their "Group Loans" product. In collaboration with them, we developed a data-driven sales acceleration model, understanding their funnels, integrating various data sources, and redesigning the user experience. In just 12 weeks, we implemented 34 new initiatives, achieving a CTR of 118 and a CPA of 46, resulting in a 94% increase in sales.

Challenging the way how client experiment Credit Card benefits

Disruption in loyalty for premium Credit Card

Our project transforms the experience of Select Limited (high net worth) clients with premium credit cards, enhancing the perceived value through a renewed value proposition. We emphasize improvements in the personalization and communication of benefits and have introduced a TIER model that unlocks new benefits based on certain behaviors. The prototype evaluation with real clients received a rating of 8.3/10. The MSP launch is planned in 4 months.

Kevura: Implementation and Deployment of a Minimum Lovable Product for Users

The implementation of a Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) focused on providing an empathetic and intuitive solution for end-of-life planning. Utilizing Raven's value proposition, we defined each experience and interface within the platform, ensuring easy management for Afterlife's employees, the parent company of Kevura. A web platform was developed on Google Cloud Platform in less than 5 months, allowing users to customize their end-of-life options in two journeys: At-Need and Pre-Need, concluding with Stripe checkout. The platform achieved excellent scores in Web Core Vitals and SEO.
