Developing and launching a powerful and disruptive value proposition to a segment with potential for saving and investment, but historically underserved by fintechs and incumbents in the Mexican industry.
In response to this challenge, a project was initiated aimed at designing, testing, and validating a disruptive value proposition for Mass Affluent investors. Through a collaborative process of discovery and co-creation with the client, "Act" was introduced, a platform that allows investments with minimal funds. Act provided personalized advice and incentivized good financial habits to encourage reinvestment. Unlike traditional banking and new trading platforms, Act's solution combined simplicity and expert guidance in a single user experience.
The impact of this transformation was substantial. Involving over 50 individuals within the organization, it successfully designed more than 30 features and executed a detailed MVP implementation plan in just 5 months. The proposal received an impressive user approval rating of 8.4 out of 10 when tested with real users. This project not only positioned it as an innovator in serving underserved market segments but also demonstrated the effectiveness of the newly designed platform in meeting the unique needs of Mass Affluent investors in Mexico.
