Challenge

One of the largest paper companies in Chile needed to embrace new trends and sales channels. After the pandemic, they approached us with the need to generate an attractive value proposition for sales to their micro and small business segments.

Solution

We co-created a new Value Proposition and, through a Design Thinking and Design Sprint process, validated the solution with real users. We generated an execution roadmap for solutions, identifying the necessary capabilities and enablers.

As a result, we created the digital sales channel Edipac, providing personalization possibilities and facilitating the purchasing process for small and micro businesses.

In just 3 months, we designed and developed over 15 key functions for MVP implementation, involving more than 8 areas of the company. This agile approach ensured significant impact and a fast, efficient rollout.
