Project focused on transforming and enhancing the experience of Select Limited clients (high net worth clients). Our goal is for clients to perceive greater value in the services they receive through this evolution, which in turn will help expand the client base of the plan.
To address the challenge of evolving the customer experience at Select Limited, we have revitalized our value proposition, with a particular emphasis on significant improvements in customer experience such as personalization and communication of benefits. Additionally, we have introduced the development of a TIERs model, where based on certain behaviors, customers with specific financial products can unlock new benefits.
The evaluation of the prototype, tested with real clients, resulted in a rating of 8.3/10 based on user feedback. Over 130 people from the selected segment in the open market were surveyed. The MSP launch is scheduled to occur in 4 months.
