Product Manager

The job

You will lead business teams in order to define, create, deliver and manage new products. Plan and prioritize business objectives working with business designer and product owners to ensure product delivery and quality. Maintain and organize product definitions, keeping up to date business objectives and key results. Approve completed functioning products to continues value generation, product launch and market releases. Your focus is not only increasing our clients’ short-term goals and performance, but also driving mid to long term transformation within the clients we serve. As part of the Experience Factory team you are expected to help define and package the Product Management practice, to develop a deeper and wider service, supporting sales and new business developments.

Responsibilities

    As a Product Manager at Raven, you will take part in the company development on multiple topics and missions, such as:

    • Determine product vision and growth opportunities for the products we are currently developing as well as for future endeavors.
    • Keep up to date in market trends, analyzing competitors, innovation and determining new opportunities in the sector.
    • Evaluate the necessary resources for the successful definition of the products and services, providing business context to our clients and the delivery team, Product Owners, and technical leaders.
    • Define tools and methodologies to help design, prioritize within our clients and development teams, ensuring business vision and viability.
    • Define product specifications with respond to business and experience definitions.
    • Lead product launch plans and set expectations for the delivery of new and future business results.
    • Generate reports about product progress and business impact.
    • Define the tactical plan to achieve the product vision, feature set, and growth opportunities.
    • Help align and provide business context to design and development teams.
    • Investigate the market, analyzing the participants in the sector.
    • Evaluate the necessary resources for the successful definition of the product.
    • Define tools through Scrum planning exercises designed to help select development work.
    • Generate reports about product progress and business impact.
    Profile Requirements
    • We focus (but do not constraint) our search on professionals with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, and Communication. Masters is a plus.
    • Experience developing products external to the user.
    • Experience in financial services, mobile banking or fintechs it’s a bonus.
    • Previous experience as Product Owner of IT areas.
    • Strong knowledge and experience in software development.
    • English advanced level.
    • That you are passionate about the world of software development and technology.

    • You are energetic, autonomous, and rigorous.
    • Your ideal work experience would be at least 3 years.
