As a Customer Success Consultant, we hope that you are passionate about the customer, about the use of data and technology to accompany them to generate a more profitable customer base. The challenge is not only to design successful profitability and loyalty strategies, but also to accompany clients in building capacities and achieving goals. With a clear business vision, being the "voice" of the customer for the rest of the team, you will have to work closely with the CX, Growth and Product Owners team to ensure that we are improving the customer experience to achieve the objectives set.
This is a highly collaborative role, requiring excellent organization, clear communication, and passion for building customer relationships. As a Customer Success Consultant you will be working with our most important clients to ensure we generate the maximum return on investment.
